Heavy flow pads are very versatile. They can be used for moderate to heavy days and can even be used for light or overnight. Stocking your cloth pad collection with more heavy pads in longer sizes may cost more at first, but you will be able to use them for almost every situation. These range from 8”-16” long, so whatever your size, you’re covered.
